How It Works

From upload to a clear plan in five steps

  1. Upload your resume

    Choose a PDF up to 4 MB, or pick a resume you already built in MODNCV.

  2. Set your experience level

    Entry, mid or senior, so you're scored against what's expected at your stage. Turn on Roast Mode if you want it blunt.

  3. Run the analysis

    It costs 30 Mcoins. Impact, style, brevity, sections and skills are each checked, and if the analysis fails, your Mcoins come back.

  4. Read your scores

    An overall score out of 100, a score for each category, and every check opened up with the issues found and what to change.

  5. Ask Marco what to fix first

    Your AI resume coach has read the analysis. Ask up to 10 questions, like why a score is low or which skills to add.

Five categories: Impact, Style, Brevity, Sections and Skills, made up of 17 checks in all. Each check is scored out of 100 with the issues found and what to change, and the categories are weighted into one overall score.
A PDF up to 4 MB, or a resume you have already built in the MODNCV Resume Builder. The PDF needs selectable text, so a scanned image of a resume will not work.
Each analysis costs 30 Mcoins. Your first re-analysis is free, and after that each one costs 15 Mcoins. If an analysis fails, your Mcoins are refunded.
A fresher and someone with ten years of experience should not be held to the same bar. Choosing entry, mid or senior adjusts the scores to what recruiters expect at your stage.
