MODNCV provides digital, AI-powered career services that deliver value immediately upon activation.

For this reason, refunds are strictly limited and governed only by the conditions stated below.

Any refund requests outside these conditions will be rejected.

• ❌Any resume, cover letter, portfolio, AI analysis, or tool has been accessed
• ❌Partial usage of services
• ❌Dissatisfaction with AI output or results
• ❌User changed their mind after usage
• ❌User failed to understand features
• ❌User did not get interviews or jobs
• ❌Subscription was idle but credits were consumed automatically
• ❌Account suspension due to policy violations

Once digital value is delivered, no refunds apply.

4. Accidental Payment / Wrong Upgrade

If a user believes that:

• 1.They upgraded the wrong plan
• 2.A payment was made by mistake
• 3.An unintended subscription was activated

They must contact us immediately.

5. All Refund & Billing Requests (Single Channel)

For ALL refund-related, billing, or payment issues, users MUST contact:

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as fraudulent behavior.

In such cases, MODNCV may:

• •Block future access
• •Submit evidence to payment gateways

9. Final Authority Clause

MODNCV reserves the final and absolute right to:
